The iKids team is made up of Children's Ministry Area Leaders from a variety of UK AoG Churches. Each Area Leader is responsible for organising training events, children's camps as well as being available to offer support to those in kids ministry. Charlotte Hibbert

Charlotte has been involved in kids ministry for over 10 years. From 2002-2007 she served as the Children's Pastor at Bethel Church, Barnsley and for the last five years has been serving as the Children's Pastor at Legacy Church, Doncaster. Charlotte is the North Area Rep for AOG and is passionate about seeing the national statistic of children attending church take a u-turn! Charlotte is a trained Primary School teacher and has a heart for reaching out to the community through school assemblies and home visitations. Charlotte and her team home visit 100 children each month and run three outreach children's clubs across three campuses. Charlotte is passionate about growing teams of volunteers who have a heart to transform the lives of boys and girls!

lisa

Lisa Lyall

Lisa is the iKids Scottish Children's Area representative for AoG, Lisa and her team are passionate about training leaders to excel in Children's Ministry, so they can reach their community for Christ. The Scottish team organise Kids Camps annually and events throughout the year. Lisa is married to Ray and has been a part of AoG Central Church in Fraserburgh since she was a baby. Lisa took on the role of Children's Pastor in 2002 and 'Kids No Limits' now reaches hundreds of children each week through a variety of programs. Lisa is passionate about the Church reaching children and families so they can live for Jesus.

Gareth Webber

Gareth is married to Sarah and they have three children. Together they lead Harbour Community Church in Folkestone.Gareth is passionate about developing leaders and believes in starting as early as possible.Children's work has been the largest outreach in the life of the church for 14 years and it has been as a result of that that the church as grown consistently throughout that time.Another passion is rugby – Gareth is a veteran player for Folkestone RFC and can regularly preaching be seen with injuries sustained the day before while playing.

tom

Tom Hind

Tom is the Children’s and Worship Pastor at Trinity Life Church in Leicester, and is now also the Central Area iKids Rep for AOG. He is married to Philippa and they have two wonderful daughters, Annabelle and Rosie. Tom has been working with and leading children since he was a child himself, and can’t believe he gets to do it for a living! Today, Tom longs to see every single child given a chance to discover, encounter and choose to follow Jesus for themselves. He is sowing, praying and believing to see an ‘Ezekiel 37 Army’ of children rising up, bringing life and hope to the world around them and living for Jesus.

Hannah and her husband Gareth are Assistant Pastors at Riverside Church, Exeter and have one daughter, Naomi. Hannah is passionate about seeing churches and children's leaders connected, equipped and inspired to see a generation won for Jesus and living their lives for him. Hannah has been part of serving and leading children's teams since she was a teenager and has experience working with children in both local church and school environments and works part time as a primary school teacher.
